Stravaig Saunas

An outdoor sauna experience: a chance to indulge in some time for relaxation in our hand built Finnish sauna.  You can come to us for a private session or we can bring the sauna to you to enjoy where you are staying or live.

During our sessions, sit in the heat, engage with and enjoy the natural beauty of Royal Deeside whilst re-invigorating your body and mind.  Cool down with a cold shower or cold plunge and head back in to the hot room for more.

There are ever changing views out over Lochnagar, Abergeldie Castle and the River Dee. Tag a sauna session on to the end of a day out in the Royal Deeside landscape.

You will find us between Braemar and Ballater, near Balmoral and Crathie. Book a private session to enjoy our sauna for up to 6 people at a time.  You can book in for a longer session – just get in touch to arrange.

A changing vestibule gives you the space to store belongings and change. We host 1 hour sessions from Thursday to Sunday each week please see our website for specific times.
