Estates

Ballater’s estates are surrounded by epic landscapes and wildlife which make Royal Deeside a truly special place.

You can rent properties and book sporting pursuits via the estates or enjoy the thriving population of Red Squirrels and Black Game as well as a healthy population of Red and Roe deer, Grouse, Salmon and Sea Trout. If you are lucky you can also spot some of our more elusive neighbours like the Golden Eagle, Capercaillie and Wild Cat.

The Estates welcomes responsible access across the area.
