A recently refurbished and extended house in the heart of Ballater. The house has 2 Bedroom suites with Super King size beds, the ground floor suite has a shower room, the upstairs suite has a full bathroom with bath and shower.

There is an open plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Underfloor heating and a double sided wood burner ensure complete comfort. There is a cloakroom and a boot room too.

Outside is a private courtyard with covered eating and sitting area. There is off road parking for 2 large cars.

Clippie Lodge is dog friendly.
