Charity Concert - Ticket Terms & Conditions 1. Event Cancellation Due to Weather: In the event of severe weather conditions or other safety concerns, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the event. Attendees will be offered a ticket to a future rescheduled event or a refund, as outlined in section 4. 2. Performer Cancellations: If a performer is unable to attend, the organisers will attempt to provide a suitable replacement. If no suitable replacement is available and the event is significantly impacted, the event may be rescheduled. 3. Force Majeure: The organisers are not liable for any failure to perform or delays due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, the event may be postponed, and tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will only be offered if the event is permanently cancelled. 4. Refund Policy: If the event is permanently cancelled by the organisers (and not rescheduled), the ticket price will be refunded in full within 30 days. If the event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date. 5. Ticket Reselling: Ticket holders may resell their tickets to third parties, but the ticket cannot be exchanged or transferred by the organisers. Any resale must comply with applicable laws and regulations. 6. Liability: The organisers are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during the event unless caused by negligence on the part of the organisers. -
