Fish Shop is one of Ballater’s finest dining destinations and well worth a visit during your stay.
Awarded with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, this relaxed and welcoming restaurant celebrates the very best of Scotland’s coastal waters, serving ethically sourced fish from day and short-trip boats, as well as creel-caught and hand-dived crustacea. The menu is further enriched by select game, meat and seasonal vegetables drawn from the farms and estates of the surrounding countryside.
Open for lunch and dinner throughout the week, it is one not to be missed.
