It can sleep up to 6 people with 2 upstairs double bedrooms sharing a large family bathroom with corner bath and separate shower. Downstairs there is a twin ensuite room. A welcoming lounge with wood burning stove leads onto a well equipped kitchen and dining room. There is a large enclosed garden with seating and barbecue with views of Craigendarroch Hill. Street parking outside cottage and close to all amenities in Ballater. Bertie Cottage is pet friendly.
