The Deeside Access Panel was formed to bring to the attention of people who provide a service to the public, their legal obligations to make reasonable adjustments in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. The Panel can help businesses to implement best practice in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 by offering informed comment on ways to make their service more user friendly for people with disabilities. The local Ballater Police Office is located on Deebank Road, Ballater and is now a joint facility shared by the Police Service and The Scottish Ambulance Service. There are currently 4 Police Constables and 1 Police Sergeant working from Ballater Police Office assisted by a Clerical Officer. The office is open Monday to Friday 0900 -1300 hours and at other times dependant on the availability of the on duty Police Officer(s).
